Multiple effect Water Distiller Machine is a high-tech product which is researched,developed and produced by Guanyu company, depending on its own comprehensive strength, combining with Finland ,America,Italy etc. domestic and overseas’ advanced technology ,and cooperating with domestic famous steam expert LinZaiqi professor (inventor of multiple effect water distiller machine at home) from Dalian University of Science and Technology. Structure This equipment is made up of 5 evaporators, 5 pre-heaters,5 steam-liquid separators, 2 condensers, feed pumper, filter, control valve, flow meter, frame, piping and controller. The water that the equipment needs must be the pure water produced by RO system. Advantages 1. Saving steam Save steam, make full use of coal resource, saving rate is more than 20%. 2. Saving water Not use extra cooling water, saving precious pure water (RO water) resource. 3. High quality of output water Conductivity of distilled water <0.6us/cm ( Chinese standard<= 2us/cm ), Bacterial endotoxin<0.125Eu/m ( Chinese standard <=0.252Eu/m) 4. Output fast Within 5 minutes after starting up qualified distilled water could be produced. 5. Automatic control distilled water quality Continuous number in the intelligent instrument display conductivity of distilled water outlet, qualified conductivity can be set, disqualified distilled water will be automatic switched and let out. Full-automatic unattended water distiller machine could also be produced according to customers’ request(lack and full of water, low,medium and high pressure automatic alarm, starting up, shutdown, decompression, safeguard, activate).
